This is an interesting one. Mcgeady and Maloney are on cracking form and should be able to do damage to most teams, then again hibs are looking good too and have just signd stokes from Sunderland. He wasn't very good there but he was brilliant when he was with falkirk. I think this'll be a really close game, but we'll win it 2-1. Stokes for them, donati and mcdonald for us.

Isn't Donati offski? I'd settle for a victory regardless of score. Hibs are a good team against us.

As far as I know there's rumor of him leaving, but i dont think it's been confirmed. If he doesnt score i'm sure mcgeady or maloney will.

Maloney has been amazing so far this season. Hope he keeps it up, he looks fit and sharp. Totally different option to Nakamura. Him and Aiden give us something different and they are a nightmare for full backs.

Absolutely, i think mowbray's told them two, to play the game how they want. He's giving them a lot more freedom than strachan did.

Donati won't play.

I hope we attack from the start. We never seem to trouble the Hibs keeper too much yet he is terrible! If i was Mowbray i'd be telling McGeady, McDonald, Fortune etc to shoot on sight!

3 - 0 to Celtic !!

Can't believe Aiden was sent off, the referee was terrible today. He made it look like a hard game to ref but it wasn't at all.

Happy with the win tho and I thought it was a nice touch what the manager did at the end with the team.

I Was working late last night and thought a nice long lie untill half 1 then watch the game! But naw!! HAHA stupidly never checked the KO time....

What did the manager do at the end?

I heard Aiden was sent off for diving on a second yellow?

Anyone care to give me the highlights? :)

I'll get the highlights up tomorrow. Tony Mowbray took the players into the centre circle and done a huddle and had a word with them, looked like a well done lads type speach, it was a nice touch for the fans to see that tho I think.

Craig Burley is a fucking idiot!

Anyway, good to get the 3 points yesterday. Last season we would have dropped at least 2, so hopefully this is a sign of things to come.

Samaras should have given the ball to Brown to kill the game off and make it 2 - 0, but you get the feeling he won't do that again in a hurry. As long as we aknowledge out mistakes this season and do something about them, instead of pretending everything was ok last season when clearly it wasn't. Strachan and "captain" McManus were too busy talking themselves and Celtic's performances up, rather than dealing with the real problems, which ended up costing us the league.

Rather than listen to so called "experts" talking shite on the fone-ins about McGeady all week (because you know they will), i'll stick to the board and listen to people who actually talk some sense about football.

Hail Hail !!! :)

I don't belive for a second that Aiden dived. He was going too fast for the hibs defenders to keep up that by the time the challenge was made the ball was already past them. Even john hughes thought it was his player getting the booking. And apart from my grandad, every Raangers supporter i know thought it wasn't a dive. I hope the suspension gets recinded. That referee was just shambolic. Some completely awful decisions and far far too many bookings. I hope he gets suspended. Nae idea what is name is though :D

I agree with you, never a dive in a million years. The slightest touch when someone is going at full speed is enough to send them down... Aiden was coasting by the guy when he took him out. Absolute disgrace.
