Atmosphere at celtic park??

i,ve been to a few games over the years and heard great songs and seen great banners etc. but sometimes especially at league games the atmosphere at celtic park is quite dull,i know theres now a singing section at celtic park but sometimes it seems it is just them that is singing i.e a small corner then you,ve got people sitting talking about there night b4 and there work on monday instead of watching and singing to encourage the team as we are well known 4 our singing but it seems we only do it on the big european nights,its about time some fans realised that we are celtics 12 TH MAN :p

I agree with you, I felt in the last couple of seasons the fans weren't as loud as they used to be under Martin O Neill. I sat in the main stand upper tier first row, right next to the "singing section" and it was always those guys starting the songs.

I also feel it had a way to do with the style of play tho, when we were on our game the fans were vocal and behind the team, but at times when its 1 nil or 0-0 they were more nervous than anything else. I'm hoping under Tony Mowbray this season the fans find their voices again.

when celtic go out and beat a team 4 or 5 nil then theres not really much of an atmosphere and you tend to see people leaving early,but when its 1-1 with 3 mins to go its edge of the seat material and i think most peoples nerves go lol, i dont know what i would rather have celtic winning 5-0 or scoring at the last kick of the ball after drawing most of the game:cool:

I got a season ticket for this year and the guy that sits next to me is good for startin songs. I should really talk to him lol
